PoliciesTerms & ConditionsAgreement & AcceptanceThese term and conditions apply to all online purchases from The Music Center, Inc. at www.themusiccenterinc.com and may not be altered, supplemented or amended. Any order submitted with the attempt to alter, supplement or amend these terms and conditions will be null and void, unless agreed to in writing and signed by both the customer and The Music Center, Inc. By purchasing products from this site, you agree to, are bound by and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and no order is binding to The Music Center, Inc. until accepted by The Music Center, Inc. Pricing Due to rapid changes in availability and pricing, The Music Center, Inc. does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this site. We will, however, make every effort to make sure all information is as up to date as possible. Payment Terms Internet orders may be paid for with the following methods: MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card. In addition to credit cards you may pay by money order or cashier's check by mail. Simply call 1-800-222-6324 and place your order. All non credit card orders are subject to a ten (10) day hold to verify funds. Availability Some items may be of limited stock and are offered on a first come, first served basis. All items are subject to prior sale. Warranties Any new product is sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. This warranty varies in time and service by manufacturer. The Music Center, Inc. offers no separate warranty either expressed, implied or statutory. Shipping All orders will be shipped standard ground UPS. Should you need faster shipping please call to receive an express shipping quote. Most orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day. The Music Center, Inc. will not accept any order or ship any order to international addresses. All orders shipped to a North Carolina address will be subject to the state sales tax of 6.75%. Privacy Policy Personal information we may request includes your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card details, customer preference information as well as other personal information. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with the Music Center, Inc. Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number) will not be given or sold to any outside organization for it's use in marketing or solicitation. The information that you submit is encrypted to ensure the security of the information. If you are not comfortable entering your credit card information online, please call us between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday at 828-758-5253 and we'll take your order over the phone. Returns Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Should it be necessary to return an item, you must first call or email to receive an RMA number. Any item returned without an RMA number on the package will be refused. All returns must include an RMA number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and all items must show no signs of wear or abuse. Any return not meeting these terms will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be refused. All refunds will be made by issuing a credit for the purchase price on the original credit card used. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns should be shipped postage paid to: The Music Center, Inc. Atten: Returns 202 Harper Ave. NW Lenoir, NC 28645 Strings, reeds, harmonicas, drumheads, drumsticks, polishes, polishing cloths, cleaners, software, CDs, DVDs and videos may only be returned if defective or unopened. Software, CDs, DVDs and videos will only be exchanged for the same product if defective.
